Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and paid services provided through MyoAnatomy, operated by SynPlexa Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (SynPlexa Kft.).

1. Digital Services

MyoAnatomy provides immediate access to digital educational content upon successful subscription.

Due to the nature of digital services, access is granted instantly after payment.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, users may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

However, by purchasing a subscription and gaining immediate access to digital content, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  Access to digital services begins immediately after payment.

  The right of withdrawal may be waived once digital performance has begun.

3. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for:

  Partially used subscription periods

  Failure to cancel before automatic renewal

  Inactivity or non-usage of the platform

Refunds may be granted only in cases of:

  Duplicate payment

  Technical error resulting in non-delivery of access

  Legal obligation under applicable consumer protection law

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing cycle.
